Diamond Custom Machines Corporation (DCM) provides robust tabletop and commercial scale refiners for making chocolate and nut butters from scratch. We are committed to designing machines that are both simple to operate and maintain, and that efficiently and effectively refine cacao nibs and/or nuts to artisan-quality standards. Additionally, we manufacture two models, large and small, of our all-in-oneBreeze Cracker-Winnowerthat efficiently processes both raw and roasted cocoa beans. We are also the US distributor for LCM, a German manufacturer of tempering and enrobing equipment.
