How to make Nut Paste in Premier chocolate Melanger
Ingredients:
Procedure:
Nuts | 1000 g or 1 kg |
Salt | 5 g |
Roast the nuts for 30 min at 300°F/ 155°C till they turn light golden. Peel them if needed and Blend or crush the roasted nuts into smaller pieces. Place them in Melanger by adding salt.
Grind for a minimum of 2 hours. Refrigerate immediately.
